Prescription ingredients :

2 cups basmati rice ⠀

3 tablespoons of ghee or oil ⠀

1 tablespoon of pine nuts

1 tablespoon almonds halves

1 tablespoon halves pistachios ⠀

1 tablespoon raisins ⠀

2 large beans, carrots 

2 teaspoon salt ⠀

1/2 teaspoon Hill ⠀

1/4 teaspoon ground Lumi ⠀

1/4 teaspoon cumin ⠀

1/4 teaspoon black pepper ⠀

1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper ⠀




Method of preparation ⠀:

1- In a deep pot, put an abundant amount of water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of corn oil. Put the pot over medium heat to boil the water vigorously

2- Add the rice. Allow the rice to cook for 7 to 8 minutes until the grains open, but not cooked completely. Class my rice. ⠀

3- In a medium-thick saucepan, base the butter. Put the pot over medium heat. ⠀

4- Add the pine nuts. Using a spoon with holes in the pine until it turns light golden in color. Transfer the pine nuts onto a piece of kitchen paper to get rid of the excess oil. Repeat with almonds, pistachios and raisins. Put nuts on a piece of kitchen paper to get rid of the excess oil. ⠀
