Ingredients:
5 boiled chicken breast
3 boiled potatoes
1 onion, chopped and fried in advance
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and Pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon red chili powder
To wrap chicken:
1 cup flour
2 eggs mixed with a little milk
A cup of oats
1/4 cup ground toast
A little oil for roasting the chicken
How to prepare:
1_Cut the chicken into small pieces after boiling.
2_ Mix it with mashed potatoes and fried onions in a little oil and green onions.
3- Season with salt, pepper, herbs, paprika, red pepper powder and garlic powder.
4_ In a plate, whisk the eggs with two tablespoons of good milk and season with salt and pepper.
5- On a second plate, season the flour with salt and pepper.
6_ In a third plate, mix the oats and toast, and season them with herbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
7_ Shaped fingers from the mixture.
8_Wrap it in flour, then eggs, then with oats and crushed toast, then put it aside on a greased tray with oil and roast them in an oven at a temperature of 180 for 15 minutes.
