Ingredients:
1 kilo flour, fine chickpeas
500 grams powdered sugar
500 g sorbet at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground saffron

How to prepare:
1- Hit the butter with the powdered sugar in the perineum and add the cardamom and saffron until the consistency of the mixture becomes creamy.
2- Add the chickpea flour to the mixture gradually through the kneading.
3- Spread the dough on a clean surface with a thickness of 1 and 1/2 cm.
4 - Using small pieces in the form of a rose or round, cut cookies and placed in a baking tray.
5- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, leave to cool and serve.
