The latest studies have proven that breakfast is one of the most important meals during the day, and it also helps in burning more calories than expected.

In order to reach these results, the researchers targeted 16 men, and they were divided into two groups, one eating breakfast and the other focusing on dinner.

After that, their metabolism, sugar and glucose levels were measured in the blood, in addition to asking some questions like food craving.

When interpreting the results, the researchers note that the metabolism is active after eating breakfast compared to dinner, and the feeling of hunger and craving sweets decreased during the day.

The researchers added that eating a low-calorie breakfast increases the intake of ducklings during the day, and increases the amount of dinner eaten later.

The researchers also confirmed that blood sugar and glucose levels are low after breakfast compared to dinner.

The researchers summarized that dinner may not help with weight loss, and skipping breakfast reduces weight loss.
