Recipe ingredients:

 

3 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons of corn oil

1 1/4 cup water

Fillers:

3/4 cup fine semolina

1 1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon orange blossom water

3 mastic cloves

2 cups of pistachios


To serve:

Sheera is (2 cups of sugar, one cup of water, and half a tablespoon of lemon)

How to prepare:

0. In the mixer bowl, put the flour, salt, corn oil and water, set the kneading hook and work on a slow speed for a few minutes to get a soft dough. Cut it into several pieces. Shape it like a ball.

1. Put the dough in a greased plate, and leave it to rest for 30 minutes or several hours in the fridge.

2. Filling: In a casserole dish, put semolina, milk, sugar, orange blossom water and mastic, my heart to mix, then heat over medium heat to boil with constant stirring. Reduce the heat and let it boil for a minute with constant stirring. Let it cool down completely before use.

3. Bring oven trays.

4. Wipe the table with corn oil, then roll the dough ball into very thin with a little oil applied from time to time to facilitate the spreading process.

5. Fold the dough from the sides to make a square.

6. Put a little of the filling on the dough, then spread some pistachios to taste.

7. Bend the ends to resemble an envelope.

8. Put the dough after filling it on a piece of aluminum foil to facilitate its carrying and transportation.

9. Heat the oven 190, then bake the brownie for about 15 minutes, so that it becomes golden in color.

10. Pour the syrup or syrup immediately after taking it out of the oven.

11. Sprinkle more pistachios, then serve.
