Pumpkin tray with nuts and bechamel



 




Ingredients:


2 kilo pumpkin, peeled and diced


2 cups sugar


1 teaspoon cinnamon


Half a cup of raisins


A cup of nuts (peanuts / hazelnuts / pistachios / almonds ... as available)


Hanging big butter


Ingredients of bechamel:


A kilo of milk


4 tablespoons of sugar


4 tablespoons of margarine


5 tablespoons of flour


A cup of whipping cream (confectioners)


A small spoon of vanilla


How to prepare:


1- Peel the squash and cut it into cubes, then put it in a large saucepan with sugar and water, and put them on medium heat, until the squash is cooked.


2- Mash it with a fork in a large plate. Add raisins, nuts and cinnamon to it, and stir it with a large wooden spoon. 3- To make the béchamel, reddish the flour in obesity until its color remains golden, and then add milk to it, with constant stirring, until its consistency remains thicker and homogeneous without any puckering, add vanilla, sugar and half the amount of cream and my heart and put off the fire.


4- Place the squash on a medium tray, and spread it in a cup, then cover it with bechamel, add the rest of the cream on the lush, and put it in the oven at 200 temperature for a period of half an hour until it turns red, and when the feet cool down a little
