The cheese is one of the Gulf sweets spread in the Gulf countries, especially Duba of the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it has now become widely spread throughout the Arab world due to the ease of manufacture and the simplicity of its ingredients and here is the method of the recipe:

Recipe ingredients:

Two cups of flour

3 tablespoons of cream cheese

Hanging senior milk powder

Great hanging sugar

Hanging great yeast

Half a cup of warm water for kneading

Corn salt

Roasting oil

To serve:

Powdered sugar

Half a cup of white honey

Half a cup of caramel sauce

Method:

Mix the cheese, sugar, salt, yeast and powdered milk with some very fine, add the flour and knead the ingredients with the addition of water gradually. To obtain a medium-soft dough.

Cover the dough and leave it until it's fermenting.

Roll out the dough on a light sprinkle of flour with a thickness of half a cm, cut in a small round section.

Fry in abundant oil over a medium heat until it becomes golden.

Come out and serve hot, garnished with caramel sauce, honey or powdered sugar, and puff here and close.
