 Recipe ingredients:


 150 grams of feta cheese

150g cheddar cheese

1 full teaspoon of hot pepper

1 egg

1 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of milk (125 ml)

Pinch of chopped parsley

1 bag of baking powder

2.5 cups flour (cup 220 ml)


Method:


In a deep bowl, add feta cheese, grated cheddar cheese, an egg, chopped parsley, hot pepper, salt, baking powder and milk and mix with a spoon.


Knead a soft dough that sticks to the hand a little by adding flour gradually.


We make dough fingers and let them rest for about half an hour.


Sauté them in abundant oil over medium heat.
