Recipe ingredients:
1/4 cup 3 flour
1/2 cup fine semolina

1 1/4 cup water

How to prepare:
0. The dough: In a mixer bowl, put the flour, semolina, salt, and water. Set the dough hook, turn on to get a smooth dough, cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for half an hour. You can also put the dough in a greased bag and then keep it in the fridge for an entire night. Leave it outside the fridge for a few minutes to make it easier to shape.
1. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and make it like a ball.
2. Mix the butter and oil.
3. Filling: In a casserole dish, heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, stir a little, then add the meat, add salt, pepper, ginger, turmeric, spices, chili to the meat, stir well, let it cool down. To cook the stuffing, you can also stir the meat to dry water, then add onions and garlic.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bring a 12-inch tray.
5. Shaping: Take a ball of dough and roll it with the rolling pin, then start by extending it with your hand to make a large circle. With wiping the dough from time to time with a mixture of butter and oil.
6. Put a quarter of the amount of cooked meat in the form of a line in the middle, then put some parsley and cheese, fold the dough on the meat to make you have the shape of the tube, then bend the sides and then continue wiping it several times. The tip is under the dough, then rolled into the second piece, and so on. Wipe off the grease.
7. Baking: Put the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes to become golden in color.
