Here are many recipes based on ingredients extracted from nature that help you get bright and hydrated skin ...

1- Premium moisturizing spray:
It is lighter than oil or milk and moisturizes the skin at the same time. It can be used to feel refreshed or to take care of your body in the morning to make you feel rejuvenated and energized.

Ingredients:
Per approximately 200 ml of spray
100 ml of sterile scented rose water
50 ml of sterile scented lewisa herb water
30 ml of vegetable sesame oil
10 ml of glycerine
5 ml of cocoa butter
0.5 ml of borax
20 drops of Louisa essential oil

How to prepare:
Melt cocoa butter in a water bath, then remove from heat when it melts and add vegetable sesame oil. Heat the fragrant lewisa water but without reaching a boil, add the borax and stir vigorously.
Add scented rose water and glycerine. Pour the mixture over the melted oils, stirring well before adding the essential oil. Pour the mixture into a sterile spray bottle.
Shake the bottle well before use to mix the ingredients.

2- Italian-style peeling:
Polenta is a delicious recipe from northern Italy made from corn flour, and it can be eaten baked in the oven and covered with olive sauce and parmesan cheese.
It can also be transformed into a great scrub. It is gentler on the skin than coarse salt, and more effective than almond powder for body care. It can be used on its own, with the addition of a little shower gel, but the following recipe allows you to benefit from the refreshing effect of rosemary and juniper.

Ingredients:
A tablespoon of polenta
A teaspoon of vegetable olive oil
One drop of rosemary essential oil
One drop of juniper essential oil

How to prepare:
Mix the ingredients and leave for a few minutes until it swells. Apply the mixture to damp and clean skin, using circular motions and focusing on the areas where the skin is thick (knee, elbow ...). To increase the effectiveness of the mixture, a Turkish bath glove can be used at the same time. Rinse your body well and apply a moisturizing cream on it.

Note: Polenta can be substituted with fine wheat semolina.

3- Soothing Lavender Bath:

It does not take long to prepare this bathroom, so it can be prepared to relax during the busy day, or to refresh at night. With this bath, problems and cramps dissolve, and sleepiness infiltrates your eyes. Lavender calms nerves and restores balance, while milk and sweet almond oil make you feel relaxed.

Ingredients:
Half a liter of soy milk
10 ml of vegetable sweet almond oil
10 drops of lavender essential oil

How to prepare:
Mix milk, vegetable and essential oils. Pour the mixture under the tap. Prepare your bathrobe, light a candle, and dim the light. Then relax a little in the water before going to bed.

Note: Soy milk can be substituted for any plant milk.

4- Fruit and vegetable masks
After returning from the market, keep some fruits and vegetables to make these quick masks that exfoliate, soften and hydrate the skin thanks to the natural acidity in them.

Ingredients:
Seasonal fruits and vegetables, ripe exactly according to skin type
For all skin types: apricot, cucumber, carrot, and peach
For dry skin: avocado, blackberries
For sensitive skin: lettuce, melon, red berries
For oily skin: red cherry, strawberry, peach, rhubarb
Complementary materials: yogurt, cream, oat powder, vegetable oil ...

How to prepare
Mix and mash fruits and vegetables. Add a supplement to hold the mixture, then apply it to cleansed skin for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove excess with fingers and cleanse your skin with sterile rose water.

Note: These masks do not stick to the face, so it is sometimes necessary to add a supplement. The gauze can be used to make a compress: Place a fruit or vegetable puree tightly between two pieces of gauze before applying it to the skin.
