Cake Ingredients:

3 eggs

Sugar cup / cup size 200 ml

Oil cup / 150ml

A cup and a half of grated carrots

A cup of walnuts

A cup and a half of flour

Two teaspoons and half of baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon


Cream Ingredients:

125g soft butter

500 gm of cream cheese

150gm powdered sugar

Half a lemon juice


The way carrot cake with walnuts and cream:


 We prepare the cake first, beat the sugar and eggs well .. add oil and beat, then add the flour and baking powder and beat ..

Finally, we add the carrots, walnuts, and cinnamon and stir them together .. Pour the cake mixture into a 22 cm mold and put the mold into a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes approximately until cooked ..

Let the cake cool down and prepare the cream.

Mix the butter and sugar together well, then add the cheese and lemon juice and beat.

Divide the cake into 3 parts and add cream between them, then cover the cake with the rest of the cream .. Decorate with the nuts and put the cake in the refrigerator for a full night, then serve it well ..
