11 potatoes

Tomato ⁠

2 tablespoons minced meat

Salt ⁠

Red pepper ⁠

2 cloves of garlic ⁠

1 tablespoon ⁠ sauce

Parsley

2 tablespoons  oil

To make the sauce: ⁠

1 tablespoon ⁠ sauce

2 cups hot water ⁠

Method of preparation: ⁠

1- To make the filling: In a suitable mold, place rice, minced meat, salt, black pepper, red pepper, grated tomato, garlic, chopped onion, sauce, chopped parsley, oil, and stir the ingredients well.

2- We empty the potatoes from the inside after peeling them

3- We stuff the potatoes with rice and place them in the pot

4- Stir the sauce with hot water and pour it over the potatoes

5- Put the saucepan over medium heat for 30 minutes. ⁠
