Chicken Casserole With Mixed Vegetables

the ingredients:

600 grams chicken breast

4 medium sized potatoes

1-2 carrots

2 green peppers

2 capia peppers

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

To prepare the sauce:

½ cup (60 ml) oil

Half a cup of water (60 ml).

1 full teaspoon of tomato paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1.5 tsp thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste


Preparation:

All ingredients are cut into cubes.



Don't cut the potatoes too big!



Chicken and vegetables are placed in the appropriate mold. Then the sauce ingredients are mixed in a bowl.


Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and mix well. Covered with butter paper.



Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 210 degree preheated oven (lower/top setting/no fan). At the end of the time, the paper is removed from it, mixed again and put in the oven for 10 minutes until it turns brown again (without putting the parchment paper).
