Beatifour is one of the desserts spread in our eastern countries and differs from country to country in terms of ingredients and method of manufacture, and Beatifour desserts are popular with everyone because of their wonderful taste and ease of making. Today I brought you a recipe from the state of Algeria and this is how:


Ingredients:


2 teaspoons cocoa

140 g fine sugar

Teaspoon vanilla

260 g roasted flour

200 g cornstarch

2 teaspoons baking powder
200 g softened butter
2 eggs

How to prepare :

Sift dry ingredients (flour, starch and baking powder).

- Butter and fine sugar fail well to obtain a creamy consistency.

- Add the eggs one by one with the whisk, then add the vanilla.

- Sifted dry ingredients are added gradually by spoon or by hand.

- Dough is divided into two parts, and cocoa powder is added to a section to obtain the chocolate dough, then the white dough is divided into 3 sections.

- Individual each section to a rectangular shape and put a rectangle of chocolate dough on top, then white dough, chocolate, and so on, and then wrapped it in the form of molds to obtain biscuits in different layers.

- Set in the tray and enter the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to bake between 10 to 12 minutes while observing the oven.


- Remove from oven and leave to cool.
