The tongue sparrow salad with vegetables on the Egyptian way
Ingredients
Dried mint seeds
Lemon juice
One salt and pepper
Spaghetti noodle bag
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Sumac seed
One black olive
A yellow pepper
One green pepper
One tomato
Fruit of cucumber
A carrot
How to prepare:
Boil sparrow noodles with salt well.
Filter it from the water.
Now add olive oil to sparrow tongue pasta.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces (carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, yellow peppers).
Add chopped vegetables to the tongue of the sparrow.
Now put lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried mint, chopped olives and sumac into a tongue salad.
The tongue salad is now served sparrow.
