Ingredients:
2 cups Egyptian wheat, soaked overnight
2 tbsp starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups of milk
mixed nuts
Sugar as desired
Half a cup of coconut
Cinnamon spoon
How to prepare :
Wash the wheat well from the water, then soak it before night.
Boil wheat in water on the fire until fully cooked
Strain half the quantity and chop it in a blender
Strain the rest of the healthy amount and mix with the chopped mixture
Put the milk on the fire and add the wheat mixture to it
We add sugar, starch, vanilla, and coconut
Stir well to hold - about 10 minutes
