How to make fish fillet (fried pane) with ease
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces fish fillet
Half a cup of flour
1 egg
Half a cup of rusk
salt
black pepper
- Two tablespoons of butter for frying
How to prepare :
1- Pour the flour into a bowl and rusk in another bowl.
2- Whisk the egg with a fork in a bowl.
3- Cook the fish pieces with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
4- Dip the pieces of fish in flour, then in eggs, and finally in rusk.
5- Melt the butter on medium heat and fry the fish pieces for about 5 minutes from each side or until the color changes.
