Cups of yogurt with mango slices, berries and caramel
We provide you with a light, healthy, nutritious, and easy to prepare family for you.
Ingredients:
2 cups of red or black berries.
Half a cup of orange juice.
2 cups low fat robe.
2 tablespoons of honey.
Half a spoon of vanilla.
Mango slices.
Amount of caramel.
How to prepare:
In the mixing bowl, put berries, honey, orange juice, yogurt and vanilla, and beat for 5 minutes until mixture is mixed.
Pour the amount into the serving cups. Decorate with berries, a little caramel and mango slices.
You can provide this item with layers as follows:
At the bottom of the cup we put a layer of yoghurt, then a layer of cherries, then a robe, then orange juice, then a layer of yoghurt, then the kernels, mango slices and honey on the surface. Serve with ice on our lips and lips.
