Do you like grills, fond of sweets, watch out in Ramadan, as these foods may not be suitable, and may cause you a lot of problems as confirmed by nutritionists, so we offer you the following tips to relieve the digestive problems that accompany the nutritional changes in the month of Ramadan:
1- Start your breakfast with dates and water.
2- End your sahur with dates and water
3- Refrain from eating 'grills' and fast food for breakfast and suhoor.
4- Eat fruits and sweets two hours after breakfast.
5- No sweets at suhoor time.
6- Do a kinetic activity half an hour before breakfast and after evening prayer or 3 hours before suhoor.
7- Drink 500 ml of fluids, the equivalent of two cups for breakfast.

9- Avoid soup at the suhoor meal.
10- The best types of soups contain starchy vegetables and a few ready-made sauces.
11 - Legumes are an excellent food, but they cause thirst. You should drink a cup of tea after eating half an hour.
12- Too much coffee, chocolate, sweets, ready-to-eat, and fast food at breakfast time and suhoor cause indigestion, constipation, dehydration, thirst, and headache.
