Al-Khshaf is considered one of the most famous Ramadan juices in Egypt. There is hardly any breakfast table during the month of Ramadan free of it, even the tables of the Most Gracious, due to its high nutritional value.

Ingredients:

1 cup dried apricots

1 cup dried peach

1/2 cup raisins, large

1/2 cup raisins, small

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup pistachios

1/2 cup pine nuts

1 Let the peach juice be used. Any second juice can be used as desired ..... Qamar Al Din or Tang

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of flower water

How to prepare:
