Tapioca pudding with mango
Ingredients:
1 cup tapioca or sago balls
2 cups coconut milk
3/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 mango, diced
Human beings of lemon
Green mint leaves for decoration
How to prepare:
1- Place tapioca with coconut milk, sugar and lemon zest in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly for 15 minutes or until the tapioca beans are done.
2- Scoop up the serving dishes and decorate with mango pieces and green mint leaves.
