How to make Diet Kofta
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs
salt and pepper as needed
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of herscher's sauce or soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp parsley, minced
500 g minced meat
Method:
Heat the oven grill
Spread olive oil drops on an oven tray.
Mix minced meat, garlic, parsley, eggs, cheese, and hercher's or soy sauce with salt and pepper.
Knead the mixture with your hand.
Be a small kofta kofta of equal size
Put the kofta on the tray.
Put it in the oven for 5 minutes until it is even.
