Chicken tray with yogurt
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp cumin
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon of coriander, chopped
4 boneless and skinned chicken breasts
Method:
Mix yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic and coriander in a small bowl. Put the chicken breasts in a glass dish. Add the yogurt mixture over the chicken and cover it well. Cover the dish, and allow it to soak the marinade in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Put the chicken in a pyrex baking tray, add some yogurt mixture over the chicken. Bake the chicken in an oven at 200 ° C and leave until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 70 ° C. Serve hot.
