Quantities :
A small spoon of turmeric
A tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste
Two teaspoons of hot red pepper powder
Two tablespoons of warm water
½ teaspoon saffron
Chopped chicken
Half a cup of yogurt
Salt, to taste)
How to prepare:
• Mix saffron, hot red pepper powder, turmeric, garlic and ginger paste, salt, yogurt and warm water together and spread the chicken pieces with holes in them, and leave with this soaking for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
• Grill the chicken over charcoal, until it becomes soft and brown.
• Place the spicy Indian chicken on a flat plate, garnish it with slices of onion, tomato and cucumber 'as desired', and serve hot, along with delicious bread and spicy Indian salads.
