Ingredients:
600 gm chopped lamb
parsley
Two onions
Salt, pepper and spice at
Sumac
Method:
Chop the meat smooth and with all the vegetables and spices except sumac.
Then chop it again until it becomes like a dough
Spread on skewers, grill over charcoal, then sprinkle with sumac while hot.
And serve it to your family here, with yogurt salad and tahini
