Ingredients:
1 cup of yogurt
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
4 boneless and skinned chicken breasts
Method:
Mix yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, and coriander in a small bowl. Put the chicken breasts in a glass dish. Add the yogurt mixture over the chicken and cover well. Cover the plate, and leave to soak the seasoning in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Place the chicken in a pyrex baking tray, add some of the yogurt mixture over the chicken. Bake the chicken in an oven at 200 ° C and leave it until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 70 ° C. Serve hot.
