Mesh Fallahi from the Egyptian kitchen
Ingredients:
A kilo of yogurt
Half a kilo of Quraish cheese
Feta cheese box
Hanging large crushed arena
Large hanging crushed cumin
Hanging large shattah crushed
6 large tablespoons of salt
A quarter of my thermos cup
A quarter of a kilo of hot red pepper
Half a kilo green pepper, spicy terns
A quarter cup of oil
Method:
In the kubbeh, mix the yoghurt, salt, old mush, red hot pepper and feta cheese
And we pour them into a jar, add and dry
We add lupine, fenugreek, cumin and chili
And mash the cottage cheese, add it and pepper sprinkles, and stir it all together and add the oil.
