5 big starch spoons
A quarter cup of sugar
Shanti Cream Packet
2 large lotus butter
To decorate:
Lotus biscuit
A cup of melted lotus butter
The method:
All the ingredients for the pudding are placed in a small solution and raised on the stove and stirred continuously until the consistency is heavy
Pour into serving cups and leave until a little sticky, then put a layer of melted lotus butter on top, then decorate with lotus biscuits
