Ingredients:
2 kilos of turkey eggplant, sliced long and fried

A quarter of a kilo of minced meat
2 cups tomato juice
2 onion, chopped julian
A tablespoon of minced garlic
4 hot peppers

1 teaspoon cumin
Stock cube

Method:
In a tray on fire, a little oil will drop
Add the onion, the garlic, and the pepper slices, and make a nice sauce, and then add the minced meat with the spices and cumin.
We add the salsa and tomatoes and they pour them over
We add two cups of boiling water, sprinkle sugar, salt, pepper and a cube of broth.
