Ingredients:

2 cup of flour

A quarter of a kilo of butter at kitchen temperature

A cup of powdered sugar

an egg

3 tablespoons of starch

Hanging large vanilla silhouette

A text hanging small baking powder

To make a portion with chocolate

Two senior suspensions of raw cocoa

Two senior milk suspensions

The method:

Mix the butter with the sugar to get a creamy texture

Then we put the eggs and vanilla and complete the whisking, then add the flour, starch, salt corn and roll the dough to get an easy-to-shape dough

-If you want to make a portion with chocolate, add cocoa and milk and knead them together

Form the biscuit by rolling out the dough between two fridge bags and slicing it with slices

The biscuits are stacked in a simple oil-greased griddle and baked at a temperature of 160 degrees until golden brown.
