Recipe ingredients:


1 cup of flour

1 cup sugar

6 eggs

1 tablespoon liquid vanilla


1/2 spoon of baking powder



How to prepare:



1. Install the mesh rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 m.



2. Bring 2 8-inch round bricks. Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the molds.



3. On a piece of parchment paper or in a deep plate, sift the flour 3 times.



4. In the bowl of a blender place the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Install the net racket. Run the mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes, until the eggs double in size and become a very light yellow color. The egg mixture should fall off the beater in the form of a thick string.



5. Remove the bowl from the blender. Then mix the flour with the baking powder, then add a quarter cup of flour to the mixture first. And using a wooden spoon, stir the flour from the bottom up lightly and slowly until it disappears. Add the rest of the flour gradually, stirring only lightly until the flour disappears.



6. Pour the cake batter into a mold.



7. Bake the cake for 20 minutes. Test the maturity of the cake with a small wooden stick. The stick should come out clean by sticking it in the center of the cake, indicating that the cake is done.



8. Take the cake out of the oven. Place the template on a metal mesh. keep the cake till its totally cold.



9. Run a wide metal knife between the edges of the mold and the cake. Flip cake on a cardboard base. Get rid of parchment paper.
