Ingredients:
200g soft butter
1/2 cup oil
Two eggs
Two tablespoons of Nescafe
A cup of powdered sugar
4 cups flour
(Cup size is 250 ml)
Two teaspoons of baking powder
The method:
Put the butter, sugar, oil, eggs and nescafe in a bowl and knead them together, then add the flour and baking powder gradually and knead until we get a soft dough .. We start forming the biscuit as desired and put it in a tray with butter paper and put it in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees until light browning .. Let it cool down and decorate it with chocolate and be well ..
