Serve your family a banana cake and delicious toffee sauce

Recipe ingredients:

Cake mixture:

1 1/2 cup flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup fine-grained sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup corn oil

For impregnation:

1/2 cup milk

To decorate:

1 1/2 cup liquid cream

3 large bananas, sliced

Toffee sauce:

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon of water

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup yogurt (yogurt)

How to prepare:

1. Cake mixture: Place the mesh rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 m.

2. Bring a 13-by-9-inch oven dish and grease a light layer of butter or ghee.

3. On a piece of parchment paper or in a deep plate, sift the flour, baking powder and salt.

4. In the bowl of a blender place the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Install the mesh beater and run the mixer on medium speed until the size of the eggs doubles. Add the oil, milk and flour mixture. Run on medium speed for a minute.

5. Pour the cake batter into an oven dish.

6. Place the plate in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Test the maturity of the cake with a small wooden stick. The stick should come out clean after being inserted into the center of the cake, as a sign of the cake's maturity.

7. Take the cake out of the oven and pour the milk over it directly while it is hot. Leave the cake on the kitchen table until it cools completely.

8. Toffee sauce: In a medium-sized thick base saucepan, put sugar, water and lemon juice. Using a wooden spoon, stir the materials a little, then put the saucepan over a medium heat until the sugar begins to turn golden and caramel is formed. My heart lightly so that the sugar does not burn. Add butter and yogurt. Keep stirring until a smooth toffee sauce forms. Leave the sauce to cook for a minute or two.

9. Put the liquid cream in a deep dish and whisk with the electric hand mixer until it doubles in size.

10. Spread the cream on the surface of the cake. Spread a little toffee sauce. Arrange the banana pieces on the cream, then garnish with more toffee sauce.

11. Put the banana cake with toffee in the fridge for several hours or overnight to make it taste good.
