Method:


 We put butter in a saucepan over the stove, then add the onions until they wilt, then add the garlic and stir .. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pot over a high heat and stir, then reduce the heat, add the flour and stir ..


Then we add water and keep stirring


When it reaches the desired consistency, let it boil for 5-6 minutes .. Then add the cream gradually and stir .. Add salt and black pepper and let it boil for 1-2 minutes .. Set it aside and you can add chopped parsley or chopped dill as desired and serve hot.
