Ingredients:
2 large cups of flour
3 tablespoons of yogurt
200 grams of cottage cheese
3 eggs
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of powdered sugar oil
How to prepare cheese balls:
* Mix eggs with sugar, then add cheese and mix them well.
* Put half of the milk on the egg mixture with sugar, and the other half add baking soda and stir until it rises.
Pour it into the mixture, then add the flour, and mix well, the dough should become thick.
* Use water to moisturize, start by cutting balls of the dough and frying them in hot oil.
Fry on low heat until golden brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Serve hot.
