Recipe ingredients:
5 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons crushed anise
1 tablespoon of blackna / strawberry
4 large eggs
1 cup fine-grained sugar
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
3/4 cup corn oil
1 teaspoon vanilla, liquid
1 cup toasted sesame
How to prepare:
1. On a piece of parchment paper or a deep plate, sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add anise and black seed.
2. In a mixer bowl, put the eggs and sugar. Install the net racket. Run the mixer on medium speed for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mixture becomes very fluffy.
3. Remove the net beater and attach the dough hook. Add the flour mixture and anise. Add the powdered milk, oil and vanilla. Run the mixer on a slow speed until the dough is formed.
4. Install the mesh rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 m.
5. Bring short rimmed trays.
6. In a small dish, put a little oil. In a deep dish put roasted sesame.
7. Take a walnut-sized piece of the dough. Form the dough to a thin finger. I lock my finger in the form of a medium-sized ring. With the tip of your finger, wipe the ring with a little oil. Sprinkle sesame on the rusk ring.
8. Bake the rusk for 15 minutes, until golden.
9. Take the rusk out of the oven. Place the trays on a metal mesh and allow the rusk to cool completely, then serve.
