Many of us suffer from insomnia, depression and lack of sleep sometimes. So today we will review some prayers that are used to treat lack of sleep and insomnia.
In the name of of Allah the Merciful
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings of God be upon our Master Muhammad the sincere and faithful promise.
Oh God, we have no knowledge except what you have taught us that you are the All-Knowing, the Wise.
1- * On the authority of Buraidah, may God be pleased with him, he said: Khalid bin Al-Walid, may God be pleased with him, complained to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and said: O Messenger of God, I never sleep at night because of insomnia.
He said: If I go to your bed, then say: Lord of the seven heavens, and I have not remained, and Lord of the two earths, and what I have taken, and the Lord of the demons, and I have gone astray, be my neighbor from the evil of your creation, all of them, that someone despises me or desires me, honor your neighbor and glorify your praise, there is no god but you, and there is no god but you.
2- * On the authority of Zaid bin Thabit, may God be pleased with him, he said: I complained to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that afflicted me, so he said: Say, O God, the stars are deceived, and the eyes have calmed down, and you are alive. So I said it, so God will leave me, I would not find.
3- He recites this supplication three times before sleeping if he is afraid or insomnia, and it is: In the name of God the one who has a great deal of great proof of authority every day is in the matter of what God wills was I seek refuge in God from Satan.
Usefulness: Reading this verse is beneficial for adults and children to sleep, and they are tempted, and they stayed in their cave for three hundred years and added nine.) Al-Kahf 25:25
Likewise, the Almighty said: (And we made your sleep a slumber) An-Naba / 9
