Ingredients:
A small spoon of cinnamon
White flour, a cup and a quarter cup
Half a cup of sugar
Baking powder, a small spoon
2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
A peeled apple
A cup of apple juice
3 tablespoons of apple puree
an egg
A cup of dates pass
Full flour a cup and a quarter cup
Coarse chopped hazelnuts to decorate the face
To serve:
Fine sugar, to taste
How to prepare:
- The oven is heated up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
- Latch 12 small sheets of paper into a deep muffin tray or prepare 12 individual sheets.
Put the whole flour in a bowl and sift the white flour on top with cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the butter and stir with a fork to make it look like breadcrumbs. Then brown sugar is added.
Chop the apple, then mix it with a little apple juice and apple puree to get a smooth mixture, then add the rest of the apple juice, and then mix the flour and an egg.
Add the chopped apples and dates to the bowl, and mix all until the ingredients are mixed together.
Spread the mixture on the muffin paper molds, and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Bake muffins in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and harden in the middle.
