Recipe ingredients:
2 packets 400 gm puff pastry
2 large eggs
400 grams of cream cheese at normal temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon zest of fine lemon
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Sugar sauce
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla
How to prepare:
1. Install the mesh rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 m.
2. Bring a 13-by-9-inch serving oven dish.
3. Place the puff pastry packet on the kitchen table to get rid of the ice.
4. Separate the eggs and put the yolks in a deep dish. Save the egg white.
5. Add cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest to the egg yolks. Using a wide plastic spoon to stir the materials to get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
6. On a floured surface, put a piece of dough. Spread the dough with the rolling pin until it is the size of the plate used for baking. Place the dough at the bottom of the mold to cover the bottom and edges.
7. Spread the egg and cheese mixture into the dough and flatten the surface.
8. Extend the second piece of dough in the same way and place it on the filling surface of the plate. Press the sides lightly to stick the dough.
9. Using a kitchen brush, stir the egg white a little, then spread it over the dough. Distribute the almonds.
10. Place the tartar in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until it becomes golden in color.
11. Allow the tart to cool completely, then remove it from the pan.
12. Cut the tart into squares as desired.
13. Sugar sauce: In a deep dish put sugar, milk and vanilla. Using a fork, stir the materials until the sugar dissolves and a smooth and liquid sauce is formed.
14. Spread the sugar sauce on the cheesecake tart and serve directly.
