Recipe ingredients:
2 tablespoons of corn oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 green bell pepper, minced in small cubes
1/2 sweet red pepper, minced in small cubes
1/2 yellow bell pepper, minced in small cubes
1 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed chili
How to prepare:
1. In a saucepan, heat the corn oil or olives, add the chicken, add paprika and chili, and using a spoon my heart, the chicken well to sear with the chili, cover the pot for a few minutes to dry the chicken with stirring from time to time to change its color.
