Recipe ingredients:


The dough:


3 cups flour


1 tablespoon soft yeast


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 tablespoon sugar


1/4 cup olive oil


1 cup of water


Top layer:


1/4 cup olive oil


1/4 cup chopped green olives


1/4 cup chopped black olives


2 tablespoons of dried thyme

2 tablespoons of rosemary


How to prepare:


1. In a mixer bowl, put 2 cups of flour, add yeast, baking powder, salt, and sugar, set the dough hook and turn on to mix, add oil and water, and work for a few minutes to get a smooth dough with adding flour gradually. Leave the dough in a warm place to double its size.


2. Get 2 8-inch trays. Put about a tablespoon of olive oil in each tray.


3. Cut the dough in half, make it like a disk, put it on the trays.


4. Spread the rest of the oil on the surface of the dough.


5. With the tips of your fingers, make a hollow in the dough. Spread on it olives, thyme, rosemary. Cover the trays and leave in a warm place to double the size again.


6. Preheat the oven to 200 m. Put the trays into the oven for 15 minutes, until they become golden in color. Serve warm.
