Recipe ingredients:
4 cups milk
1 cup fine semolina
1/4 cup custard powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
To decorate:
1 cup of liquid cream
To serve:
... crushed pistachios, white honey
How to prepare:
1. Bring a short-rimmed round oven dish. Grease the dish with a little oil.
2. In a medium saucepan, put milk, semolina, custard powder, sugar and orange blossom water. Put the saucepan on a medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until a soft pudding forms.
3. Pour the semolina mixture on the plate. Put the plate in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
4. Using a sharp knife, cut the semolina jewelry into triangles or according to the shapes you prefer.
5. In a deep dish, put a generous amount of ground pistachios.
6. Dip the edges of the triangles in the pistachios, then place them directly on a serving plate.
7. Serve a dessert of semolina custard with white honey.
