Yogurt, 1/2 cup
Coriander, chopped, 1/2 cup
Carrots, cut into small cubes, 1 cup
Celery, chopped, 1 cup
Baby spinach leaves, 1 cup
Chopped onion, 1 1/2 cup
Yellow lentils, 2 1/2 cups
Water, 8 cups

How to prepare:


On a medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onion, celery, carrot, garlic, and stir until it wilts and becomes golden in color.

Add the curry, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, water and lentils and stir well

Cover the pot and leave it on low heat for 25 minutes

Add the spinach, parsley and my heart, then leave it on the stove for 10 minutes and serve.
