When Israeli families want to reach the southernmost city in Israel, Eilat, by car rather than by plane, they will usually travel via the desert streets of the south, Al Araba Street. 4. The unknown sale of Israeli dates makes good profits, and therefore Israeli and Palestinian farmers in Jericho are also establishing new farms in recent years. In Israel, the price of a kilo of unknown is about 15 dollars, of which 8.75 is a net profit for the farmer. In the past years, more than 2,000 new dunums of dates have been cultivated, and about 100 farmers have joined this area.
