Oyster pasta with meat sauce




Ingredients:


500g oyster pasta.

150 grams of ground beef.

4 cloves of garlic.

Chopped onion.

A small box of tomato sauce.

A spoonful of chopped parsley.

A teaspoon of thyme.

Bay leaf

A quarter cup of oil.

A tablespoon of salt.

A teaspoon of pepper.


Method:


First, we start preparing the pasta, by placing a liter of water, salt and a teaspoon of oil over a moderate heat.

When the water boils, add the pasta and keep it on the stove until it is well cooked.

Then hot water is drained from it, then cold water is placed over the pasta, and left in a bowl to be completely drained from the water.

For the preparation of the sauce, put the oil, tomatoes, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, salt and black pepper in one bowl, mix all these ingredients well and add a little water to it and raise it over a low heat for about 10 minutes.

In another bowl, put the minced meat, add parsley, chopped onion, black pepper and salt. All mix well and sauté well in a little butter until it is half cooked.

The minced meat is added to the previous sauce while it is still on the fire until it is well saturated with the sauce, and the mixture is left to cook for 15 minutes, with adding a little water if necessary.

Take half of the sauce with the meat and keep it aside, then add the pasta to the remainder of the sauce and mix all together well.

Then put the pasta in a serving bowl, and place the chopped meat sauce on top, which was preserved. The pasta can be mixed with the minced meat before serving.

Decorate the plate with mint leaves, basil, or a pinch of thyme or cheese and serve the meal hot or warm.
