You can take the following steps to reduce your exposure to pollen during the spring:

 

1- Stay indoors as much as possible: especially in the early morning when pollen counts are high.

 

2. Keep windows closed: If possible, use an air conditioner with a filter.

 

3. Use a dehumidifier to help dry the air inside.

 

4.Wear a hat and sunglasses outdoors to prevent pollen from getting into your eyes and hair.

 

5. Wash the bed in hot water once a week to eliminate the effects of pollen.
