:Ingredients
400 grams Qamaruddin
54 cups of water
5 tablespoons of starch
5 tablespoons of sugar
Nuts to decorate as desired
:How to prepare
Put Qamar al-Din with water and sugar in a suitable bowl on a low heat and stirring until Qamar al-Din is completely melted.
Allow the mixture to cool down, then put it in the juice blender, turn on the mixer, and then strain the juice with a metal strainer.
Dissolve the starch in a small amount of water, then add it to the juice and raise the pot over the stove, stirring until the mixture holds together.
Pour the pudding in the serving dishes, then garnish with nuts to your liking and put them in the fridge until they are completely cooled.
