Ingredients:
3 large spoons of butter
3 large spoonful of flour
A liter and a half of milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Quarter of a kilo of cheddar cheese
Quarter of a kilo of mozzarella cheese
Half a teaspoon of saffron powder
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
How to prepare :
In a pot on the fire, add the butter and flour and stir them for two minutes until the flour is equal, then drop the milk and stir continuously, then add the cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella and continue to stir, then season with saffron powder, salt and black pepper.
