Ingredients:

 3 small potatoes

, 300 grams of minced meat

, 1 small onion

, 1 egg

, a quarter of wet bread or toast

, soaked and crumbled (or rusk)

 1 teaspoon mint

 1 teaspoon black pepper

 1 teaspoon cinnamon

, cumin

, salt You can add parsley if you want.

 Method: 

Grate the potatoes with the soft side of the grater . Squeeze the water well, put it in a suitable container, add the other ingredients and mix well. It would be better to wrap the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour, then shape it along the fingers and fry it in oil.
