Ingredients:
A box of pasta (any kind, as desired)
Shredded cheddar cheese, and you can put any type of cheese with it you prefer
Béchamel:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
A cup and a half of milk
black pepper
Nutmeg
salt
cream cheese
Method:
For the bechamel sauce:
Put two tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and melt it.
Add two tablespoons of flour and fry a little.
Add 2.5 cups of milk and mix well using a wire whisk.
Add salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg and turn off the heat when it boils.
Add a bowl of cream cheese and a little cheddar cheese and mix.
Add half a package of boiled pasta and mix.
Put the mixture in a casserole and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
